Why this is a problem

Cameras speak one protocol. Browsers and government portals speak another. We bridge the gap.

Problem

The enterprise doesn't know how to provide a working link

Most cameras are not configured for an inspection-ready link, so companies resort to address-lookup sites or third-party services that require authorization and expose the entire video surveillance system of the enterprise

Solution

We turn the camera stream into a web link

The service takes the RTSP stream, prepares it for the browser, and provides a public page with the facility description and a video player. We set up the connection and our service takes the RTSP stream from the required camera

Turnkey Connection

We handle all setup and connection. All you need is access to the facility.

1

We assess your network

First, we find out how the network is set up at the facility: where the cameras or DVR are, whether there is a public IP address, who manages the router, and whether video streams can be safely exposed.

2

We connect cameras the right way

If you have a public IP address, we configure access and publish cameras as a secure web link. If there is no public IP, we install our device and set up a private VPN tunnel.

3

You get links in your dashboard

After setup, links to connected cameras appear in your dashboard. You can send the link to the inspector — they will open a page with the facility description and a video player.

Public IP address

We configure access to cameras or NVR, check RTSP streams, and publish them as web links.

No public IP address

We install our device at the facility and connect it to the platform via a private VPN tunnel.

Dashboard

After setup, the user sees a list of cameras, statuses, limits, and public links.

Frequently Asked Questions

In short — yes, we do it. Details below.

Do I need a public IP?
Not always. If you have a public IP, you can connect the camera or DVR directly via RTSP. If not, a WireGuard tunnel is used — our device is installed at the facility and sets up a private channel to the platform.
Where do I get the camera's RTSP link?
The RTSP link can be found in the camera or DVR settings. It usually contains login, password, IP address, and stream path. The format depends on the manufacturer — we help find the link for popular brands.
What will the inspector see?
The inspector will open a public camera page with the company description, camera details, and a video player. No login required, no special software — just a regular web link in the browser.
What is the stream latency?
On a normal network, the target latency is about 1–3 seconds. On a poor network, latency may be higher. We use Low-Latency HLS — a standard supported by modern browsers.
Can I limit the number of viewers?
Yes. By default, one camera allows up to 5 simultaneous viewers. The limit can be changed on request — contact support.
Is there a viewing time limit?
Yes. By default, each camera has a monthly limit of 100 stream-hours. The limit is counted by stream runtime, not by the number of viewers.
Is it safe to share camera credentials?
RTSP logins and passwords are stored encrypted. We do not expose credentials or share them with third parties. The public link contains only the video stream — with no access to camera settings.

Leave a request — we will help connect your camera.

Tell us about your facility — we will advise on the connection method, check your camera, and help set up the inspector link.
